Move Forward Course Cancellation/Refund Policy

The cancellation policy for "Move Forward" is as follows:

    •    If you cancel your attendance 7 weeks or more before the start of the class, your full fee is refunded, less a $100 processing fee.

    •    If you cancel your attendance between 4 and 7 weeks before the start of the class, you will receive a refund of 50% of the class fee (less a $100 processing fee) and a credit of 50% of the class fee toward a future offering of the class, good for one year.

    •    If you cancel your attendance between 2 and 4 weeks before the start of the class, you will receive a credit of 50% of the class fee toward a future offering of the class, good for one year.

 

    •    If you cancel your attendance less than 2 weeks before the start of the class, you will receive a credit of 35% of the class fee toward a future offering of the class, good for one year.

 

    •    If you need to drop out of the class once it has started, your fee will not be refunded.
